Quality control
Every piece is built from a stated material grade, machined to the tolerance on your drawing, and inspected against your approved sample before it carries your brand. Factory visits and video walkthroughs are available on request.

Medical work

- Dimensions, action, and finish are checked against the sample you approved before anything is packed. Your own or a third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcome.
- Steel chosen for your nickel-release test
- For skin-contact grooming tools, tell us the nickel-release limit your market applies, such as the REACH limit tested to EN 1811, and we select the steel and finish for it. Testing and compliance stay with the brand owner.
